About this Portal
The INNOTRAIN IT Training Platform is a unique web-based platform offering IT Service Management related services tailored to IT professionals of Central European SMEs. Tools and services are offered in Czech, English, German, Hungarian, Polish, and Slovak language in the following areas:
- Training
- IT Service Management
- Information and communication
- Knowledge transfer
Training services provide facilities for face-to-face, online and train-the-trainer trainings. Materials, e-learning modules, and e-Books will be available to participants and interested persons.
An IT Service Management modelling method, especially developed for SMEs, implemented in a modelling tool will be available. It will be used for modelling, documenting and experimenting with IT Service Management. Reference processes and experience reports – use cases – will provide information on practical experiences with IT Service Management in SMEs across Central Europe.
In order to provide a “one-stop-shop” access for interested SMEs in the participating European regions, the platform will provide information on upcoming events, fairs and conferences of topical interest. Several facilities like an online training calendar, mailing lists, a forum, and a wiki will provide useful tools for communication, training and experience exchange. Thus, a transnational knowledge transfer will be supported.
The platform is designed on an open software concept. The porting to third parties who might be interested to use it in further Central European regions will be possible. With easy customizable language features the platform provides a flexible technical tool for the goals the INNOTRAIN IT project has set.
