IT Service Management and Innovation INNOTRAIN IT ITSM Modeling Environment

IT Service Management Best Practices

Managing today´s complexity of IT and business simultaneously is a tremendously hard job - in particular for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

SMEs often don´t know how IT contributes to their business and occupy themselves with basic IT functions, such as the maintenance of printers and servers. This wastes financial as well as human resources and limits the capacity for innovation of processes and products.

That´s why SMEs should get familiar with IT Service Management!

IT Service Management shows SMEs how to get the best business performance supported by a cost-efficient, measurable  and reliable IT.

INNOTRAIN IT´s solution:

SMEs learn how to simplify their IT by using the innovative potential of ITSM by offering:

  • a newly developed, simplified ITSM method tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises,
  • free of charge face-to-face trainings qualifying at least 1,000 CEOs and CIOs across Europe and
  • an interactive online training platform.

How SMEs benefit from INNOTRAIN IT?:

By participating in the trainings SMEs:

  • will learn how to manage their IT efficiently and effectively towards their business goals,
  • become qualified to enhance their innovation potential according to the levels of the INNOTRAIN IT Innovation Spiral and
  • identify how to ultimately reduce costs, set resources free and increase their profitability.
